Extended Warranty offers an extension of up to 5 years total for eligible Computers, Peripherals, Office Equipment and Mobile Phones. For example, if the manufacturer's warranty is 3 years then the maximum extended warranty period available is 2 years. Any combination of the warranty period is limited to a maximum of 5 years.
Extended Warranty offers an extension of up to 7 years total for eligible White and Brown goods, Applicances, Mowers, Floor and Garden Care products. For example, if the manufacturer's warranty is 3 years then the maximum extended warranty period available is 4 years. Any combination of the warranty period is limited to a maximum of 7 years. 4. How do I purchase an Extended Warranty? Extended Warranty is available at the time a customer purchases eligible computing and electrical goods from Harvey Norman. If extended warranty is taken up the customer is supplied with a Warranty Card. The Warranty Card sets out the full terms and conditions of extended warranty. 5. How do I make an Extended Warranty claim? In the event of an extended warranty claim customers are invited to contact our call centre on toll free 1300 810 118 between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) for directions to one of our authorised repairers.
