| Anthony Jones |
|
Anthony is Managing Director of IC Frith (NZ) Ltd and Chairman of the IC Frith Group. His 21 years of insurance industry experience includes roles in underwriting, risk management and surveying, national account management and broking. He joined IC Frith ten years ago after working for Vero Insurance, FAI Insurance, HIH Insurance and QBE Insurance.

| Simon Cook |
Simon has been CEO of IC Frith since August 2007. As the elected successor of the founder Ian Frith, he continues to develop strong bonds within the insurance industry, where he is recognised as a key player. His aim is to establish the company as one of the premier brokers in Australia and a key service provider of extended warranty in the Asia-Pacific region. Simon is the Vice President of the Boating Industry Association of NSW and a Director of the Boating Industries Alliance Australia. He has more than 15 years experience in middle and senior management roles. |

| Kevin Ellis |
| Kevin is Director and General Manager - Operations, Warranty Services for IC Frith. He has been with the company for more than 15 years. He has a background of over 30 years in the insurance industry, with experience in general insurance broking, underwriting, agency management and administration. Kevin previously worked for GRE Insurance and Associated Marine Insurers. |

| Jason Thompson |
Jason is currently a director and General Manager of Broking and Workers Compensation for the group. He has been with IC Frith for more than 10 years and in the insurance industry for 20 years. Jason has worked for underwriters for approximately 10 years which include AMP, Mercantile Mutual and QBE. Jason set up the Workers Compensation division and managed the NSW branch leading up to his current role as General Manager. Jason is a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and holds a Masters of Occupational Health and Safety Management, Business Degree and Diploma of Business Management. He is currently studying a Master of Business Degree in Financial Services (Insurance). |

| Craig Methven |
Craig is a Director, spends his time mainly between Australia and Singapore as the global General Manager - Sales & Marketing, focusing on growing the business in all regions. In his eight years at IC Frith, he established the warranty and broking operations in Singapore and Malaysia, before setting up warranty operations in Ireland and Slovenia. |

| John May |
John is the International Placement Manager / NSW State Manager of IC Frith. He has over 20 years experience in the Insurance Industry, 12 of which was overseas in Canada, U.S, London and Asian markets in both broking and underwriting roles. Predominantly with international Broking firms such as Willis, Sedgwick’s and JLT, John has also been an owner operator of underwriting agencies. His experience ranges from hard to place insurance risks to international account management and Insurance programme placement. Throughout his career he has managed regions and branches of various Brokers and Insurer’s. John is currently the chairman on the NSW NIBA divisional committee and provides advisory Insurance services to charities which he is involved with. |

| Sean Kenny |
Sean is Queensland State Manager of IC Frith, managing the Queensland office and his own portfolio of business. Sean recently joined IC Frith with 25 years of Insurance Industry experience including broking and underwriting roles and most recently with Elders Insurance including having run his own insurance Franchise. Sean holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Insurance Broking, and is CIP, an ANZIIF (Senior Associate) and QPIB qualified. |

| Paul Benjamin |
|
Paul has been part of the insurance industry for 19 years having worked for underwriting agencies, as well as local and international insurance brokers. Along with insurance and accounting qualifications he holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Management and Masters of Business Administration. Paul is a Fellow of Australian and New Zealand Institute Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Member of the Australian Institute of Directors, Member of the Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron and Member of the Melbourne Football Club. Additionally, he is Vice President of the Boating Industry Association of Victoria, in which he holds the Chair of the Finance & Administration Committee; and he is a Board Member of the Insurance Broking Advisory Board at ANZIIF.

| Graham Harris |
Graham joined IC Frith as Finance Controller in September 2006 and was promoted to CFO in September 2007. His responsibilities include all finance issues for the business. From 2004 to 2006 he was Interim Finance Director for Time Inc. which publishes Time, Who, InStyle and other magazines. He was previously Finance Director for EMI Music New Zealand, before serving in a similar position at EMI Music Australia, one of the country’s five top recording companies. He is a New Zealand CA and has 30 years broad commercial finance experience. |

| Andrew Scott |
Andrew is Manager, Strategic Analysis and Product Development of IC Frith. He is Australia's foremost expert on extended warranties for consumer electrical products. He analyses the country’s largest portfolio of product warranties and advises the Group on appropriate premium levels, reserving, underwriting, claim management and investments. Andrew also advises the Group’s major retail and manufacturing clients on the most durable brands, expected survival times and major causes of breakdown within different product categories. In the longer term, this is leading to a more sophisticated market in product warranties that provides greater protection to retail customers. A 1990 Macquarie University graduate and qualified actuary, Andrew has worked for the insurance industry in Sydney for over 15 years, advising direct insurers and international reinsurers. |
